Luis Castro participates in STEMKAMP

Luis Castro, a PhD student in the lab, volunteered at STEMKAMP at Mascoutah High School in Mascoutah, IL on July 11, 2024. STEMKAMP is a summer day camp that offers hands-on, minds-engaged STEM experiences for 3rd – 8th grade students at military-connected schools. Luis displayed his PhD research project and discussed his academic path from undergraduate to graduate school.
