Jie joined the laboratory in 2016 for her PhD work and defended her thesis in 2020. Her project was to investigate causal relationships between hypertension, arterial stiffness, and extracellular matrix remodeling in aging mice. She is currently working for OPPO to design wearable cardiovascular sensors.
